Just got this working! The key is backing up the database. Seems obvious now.
TechCurious: Totally agree — I had the exact problem and got it working by updating the driver. Took me a while to locate that setting.

My hypothesis is the answer is in the logs. Consider checking the database logs and tell us what happens.
